  1. Eating dog meat is a culture yes I do not defend live consumption in Brazil, but think, the indians would be angry seeing us eating cow and we get angry with the consumption of dog and cat meat.

  2. A shame this kind of consumption. Mainly because man in prehistory increased his chances of survival through a mutual aid pact between man and wolf.. This wolf would later become the first dog. It's like you stab a hunting brother in the back.
The human disappointing once again, for a change.

I love my animals created dogs, cats, chickens will all die when God wants to take them away .Animal and company and true love .(I want to leave here my opinion, rest of the Chinese and those who mistreat. aanimala

  6. I see no reason for controversy if the controversial ones do not condemn cannibalism and infanticide, a common practice in many parts of the world.. Where are the activists? What difference does it make to eat dog or horse meat when cats are not worthy of the same estimation?? Wake up ladies and gentlemen activism.

  7. I live in Taiwan and I can say that you don't eat dogs here. (or that frightens me, because they eat many things nasty)…
Second, I don't understand why the alarmism about dog meat consumption, when consuming cow, pig, chicken, fish, horse (Brazil is the largest exporter of horse meat for consumption in the world), sheep and many other animals…
All to me are cute animals (when i was a kid i had a pet chicken), but I understand that eating animal protein is part of our nature (so we have specialized enzymes to digest meat, that's why we have canines and so on)…
Pure demagoguery from apartment people who only have dogs and cats as pets…

  8. A shame for man because, God exists or not, it is sure that the dog is on this earth to show to the man the example of what is the love and the fidelity.
Eating dog, there is also the cannibalism……

      • The guy and the next bull , cow , rooster and fish are animals , created for that , the dog and a different animal , of those there , they are more sentimental and possess the same abilities as human feelings , if u think this is normal , so you are so disgraced with those slanted eyes that you do this out of cruelty . Cause In blibia , I don't know if you read or believe , I think not ! But the bible specifically mentions the animals that God allowed to eat. , and another one there also says that the dog is a filthy animal , and there it says specifically why you shouldn't do that to them . So less or pnc…

        • One thing bad're, d think any animal has feelings, let them be dogs, cats, fish, pigs, horses, sheep, Tiger, etc. Niguém them is created for humans to eat.

    • Thus the cow eating pork chicken fish and other…would not be synonymous with cannibalism? since here we do the same but with different animals. it's no use defending the dog and eating pork etc.…

      • Certainly , we love our cats, Puppies…,and we would love our pig, chicken and etc.….and I totally agree with your description.….there are people who dare not eat meat,,due to the animal's suffering, but eat the fish, which in my view is hooked by a hook, network, agonizes in life, and still uses cosmetics that test on animals….so it's pure hypocrisy .. revolt only with dogs and cats

    • Bro what u're talking about can not be serious, it's a matter of culture, u can believe in God, in his God. But that won't make any difference to these other regions because each one of them depending on the place has a different religion. Any animal has feelings, Plants have to… Cannibalism knows u n is the consumption of meat of the same species, but I do not know if you study the apparently q n, Dogs and humans are not the same species. So for your own sake will study about culture.

    • Truth , parents who consumed dog meat , for me they are not people , are a bunch of abominable monsters … An extremely horrifying culture, no words to describe the feeling of disgust of such people !!!!!

  9. right on, but it makes no sense in farming dogs for meat being that their the most commonly pets and the environmental cost of how much meat, poultry and fish/seafood has to be feed to them to keep them healthy. like to butcher a dog or pet that just died of natural causes or was euthanized. Like dead birds could be sent to cat food factories to reduce consumption of poultry/fish to feed to cats. dead cats could maybe be added to dog food to help reduce production of farm livestock to reduce waste

  10. I think it's absurd to eat these animals that are so kind, kill with ruthlessness. I was horrified with such cruelty, Human beings really have no limits with their actions.. There should be a stricter law against these practices, lack of respect towards beings who really know what really is love. God is missing

    • What about pork or cows, for example??
I don't eat dogs, but I don't always think it's right that people have something against countries just because it's their culture. E.g Americans eat tons of steaks (cows) but that's not bad and cows are friendly animals, it's not like they're killing us. Daniel, I just wanted to show you arguments and not personally start a fight. 🙂

  11. How much drama…what is the difference between eating a dog and eating a rabbit, pato, quail, pheasant, veal (calf) I do not understand this. Every nation has its culture, its gastronomy anyway, it's time for everyone to take care of their backyard don't you think? Or someone is better than anyone in this world????????

  12. The problem is the feeling that we unconsciously and automatically be prompted. Even if we try to fix them that this Act is inappropriate we unsuccessfully. Maybe if they had the opportunity to come and study here in the Americas could share our feelings, would have the same ancestors? The feeling is like a tree, and in the roots we have the reasons for our attitudes

  13. The problem is the feeling that we unconsciously and automatically be prompted. I remember this child I read an Apostilia “The Dog is Man's Best Friend – Pluto” . Of course I'm sick of eating dog meat or cat, but I can't explain how I don't pity the chicken or cow. Dog and cat sound familiar to us … But can you imagine if someday we are possible to be born with them, adopt their attitudes or would

  21. These countries would call themselves civilised but eating dogs (and cats) is barbaric, cruel and disgusting – just as is eating any animal like cattle, sheep, pigs or birds. Man is nowhere near being “civilised”yet while he still tortures and kills his fellow animals and eats their dead flesh. One day the majority will realise the horror, the enormity and the wrongness of this killing.Meanwhile we live in a man made hell on earth.
