Physical characteristics

The Pastor of Tatras, is a dog from large size, is very similar to the Newfoundland but completely white.

In the mountainous regions of Poland, where usually lived this as precious dog, Pastors used to put a necklace of iron or with nails to protect it from the wolves. In United States, Tatra shepherd dog is considered a rare breed. And is not recognized by the American Kennel Club.
